This theme celebrates everything fun, party, and neon. Your challenge is to design an unforgettable party outfit using vibrant neon colors, modern shapes, and attention-grabbing details. Let your creativity go wild, and let’s see who can create the most glowing outfit!

You are free to submit up to three original designs, whether they’re digital or hand-drawn art.

To give your design an extra boost, share it on social media and invite your friends to vote. The top five designs will be shortlisted for the grand prize.
